Q - Who is going to pay up front for all
of the costs and expenses of my case?
A - Costs must be advanced during the case
to hire experts, conduct discovery and prepare for trial.
Bisnar|Chase advances all costs - this provision is
clearly stated in our retainer agreement.
The client is responsible for reimbursing the costs when
the case settles.
If we don't recover money for you, you will owe nothing.

Q - Why should I hire an attorney to assist
me in resolving my personal injury claim?

If we believe that you are better off handling a matter yourself, we will tell you so and provide some guidance to handle the case yourself. However, the type and size of cases that we handle, it is a very rare situation where an unskilled claimant is going to recover more on their own than we will for that client, even considering the attorneys fees.
